Hi, I'm Iraisa, a People & HR leader who has built, scaled, and transformed organizations that others said couldn't move any faster.
Over the course of my career, I've partnered with CEOs, founders, boards, and investors across private equity–backed startups, VC-funded scale-ups, and large global enterprises, spanning a wide range of industries, with teams across the globe. Whether the mandate was zero-to-one People infrastructure, a high-stakes turnaround, hypergrowth hiring, or developing the next generation of executives, I've done it while preserving their essence.
I founded Infinity Consulting because the gap was obvious: founders and executive teams are extraordinary at building products and businesses, but scaling people and culture at speed is a different discipline entirely. That's where I come in.
